The ports of Saint-Malo & Cancale offer a number of services to professionals and more specifically to ships.

Reserved for professionals (fishing and passenger vessels), the fuel distribution station (zero-rated diesel oil) is accessible 24/7 by badge at the dedicated pontoon in the outer harbour, close to the embedding pontoon.
OMES company operates this fuel distribution station and it processes the badge applications.

Self-service electricity and water distribution terminals are installed at the quay Duguay-Trouin, the quay St-Louis, and the quay de la Bourse. Some are accessible 24/7 with a badge. To obtain a badge, please contact the “Exploitation Outillage” department.
For connections, there is a flat fee of €66.53 per operation (2020 rate), representing the cost of the transport service, set up and removal of the equipment will be collected.

Port towing is an essential service for ships. It allows vessels to berth when they cannot manoeuvre within the harbour. Tugs are always armed and ready to respond to emergency assistance operations.
In Saint-Malo, towing operations are carried out by the Edeis Ports de Saint-Malo & Cancale teams (port manager).

These services consist of assisting with the mooring, undocking of vessels upon their arrival, departure or also their movement (change of berth to dock) inside the ports.
These operations are carried out by the Port of Saint-Malo.

The ports of Saint-Malo & Cancale have the necessary equipment for the collection of waste from ships.
Day-to-day teams are involved in cleaning the different areas, installing and collecting “Ship Kits”, sorting waste, managing DID (Hazardous Industrial Waste) removal requests
For any commercial vessel landing or transhipping passengers or goods, a “Ship Kit” shall be made available according to a fee fixed by the “Port Dues”.
Suitable technical and material means: road sweeper, tippers, bins, drums, boxes, etc.
Three collection points are set up on the port of Saint-Malo: in the outer harbour (at the Naye ferry terminal), in the fishing area (Quay du Val) and close to the Quay Surcouf.
